Our nurses play a crucial role in health care, focusing on individual, family, and community health. The curriculum for nursing education has evolved to meet the demands of a rapidly changing society. This includes new courses like Nursing Informatics, Home Health Care Nursing, Quality Improvement, and Patients’ Safety. The General Nursing Education program aims to develop sound educational principles for nurses, preparing them for independent and interdisciplinary roles. Active participation in Certified Health Training institutions is essential for students’ academic and clinical experience.

Our philosophy of nursing emphasizes the importance of achieving optimum health for individuals, families, and communities. Continuing education is crucial for professional growth and efficiency in providing safe and effective care.

Dako CONSciences's Principle

Our nursing education aims to equip nurses with the knowledge and skills to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care. This includes utilizing the nursing process as a framework for providing comprehensive care to individuals and groups in community and health care settings. Nurses should establish positive working relationships with individuals, families, and the community, motivating them towards self-reliance in health protection, promotion maintenance, and rehabilitation. They should function independently and collaborate with other members of the health team in planning, delivering, and evaluating health and reproductive services

Key Of Success

The aim of our curriculum is to prepare competent polyvalent nurse practitioners who will use problem- solving skills in providing safe, acceptable, effective and affordable quality health services to meet the health needs of individuals, families and communities at all levels of care, competencies of a nurse who has completed the general nursing program include the ability to use the Nursing Process and other nursing models which are essential in providing care to individuals, families, and communities.
